Features:
- The machine is
supported by multiple-point force and sturdy. It can overcome the downward
twisting force when vertical working disc holds heavy thing(s). Ensure
the precision and the life of rotary table.
- Adopt single-handle
and two-stage design for fastening. The first-stage can provide arc
processing treatment, adjust loose and tightness of rotary disc, and
control the vibration during processing. The second-stage fastening
can provide non-vibrating condition during cut-off.
- Min shaft adopt
two-stage design, enlarge fore internal cavity.( We can enlarge internal
cavities if necessary.) After section internal cavity can help to fasten
the depth control of processing products.
- As to the central
height of 8" rotary table we raise to 150mm in order to enlarge
operating space.
- As to the central
height of 10" rotary table, it is the lowest among Taiwan similar
machines. It is supported by multiple-point force and convenient for
users to operate. This design can advance the processing speed. The
design of vertical processing can ensure the precision and processing
stabilization.
- Tail stock and
beehive-type plate are special accessories and can be used with rotary
table. Gear ratio is 90:1. The beehive-type plate is processed by CNC
machine and precise. The quality form t3wo to one thousand can be cut.
- Equip with air-pressure
system and can be operated easily by adjusting rotary disk according
to material's weight.
